Forged Harmonies Sample Pack - Terms of Usage

By purchasing and downloading the 'Forged Harmonies' Sample Pack ("The Sample Pack") from Roy Knox's Shopify website, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. License Grant:

Upon purchase of the Sample Pack, Roy Knox Music ("the Licensor") grants you, the purchaser ("the Licensee"), a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, and perpetual license to use the audio samples, presets and Ableton racks contained within the Sample Pack in your own original music compositions and productions, whether for commercial or non-commercial purposes.

2. Permitted Uses:

The Licensee is permitted to:

• Use the samples in music compositions, songs, and productions.
• Modify and manipulate the samples to create derivative works.
• Use the samples in synchronization with visual media (e.g., films, videos, advertisements).
• Use the Ableton racks for music production within the Licensee's own digital audio workstation (DAW).

3. Prohibited Uses:

The Licensee is not permitted to:

• Resell, distribute, or share the Sample Pack or its individual samples, whether in their original form or as part of derivative works, in isolation as sample packs, or in any competitive products.
• Claim authorship or ownership of the original samples within the Sample Pack.
• Use the samples in any manner that infringes upon the rights of third parties.
• Share or distribute the Sample Pack with third parties who have not purchased a license.

4. Ownership:

The Licensor retains ownership of the Sample Pack and all intellectual property rights associated with it. This license does not transfer ownership of the Sample Pack to the Licensee.

5. Warranty and Liability:

The Sample Pack is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. The Licensor shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising out of the use or inability to use the Sample Pack.

6. Termination:

This license is effective upon purchase and shall continue until terminated by the Licensee or Licensor. The Licensee may terminate the license by discontinuing the use of the Sample Pack.

7. General:

• This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the Licensee and Licensor regarding the Sample Pack and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings.
• This license is binding upon and shall inure to the benefit of the parties and their respective successors and assigns.
• This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Israel.
• Any disputes arising from or related to this agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Israel.

By purchasing and downloading the Forged Harmonies Sample Pack, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these terms of usage.
